Holocaust Survivor to Speak During Stockton University Program

"Unto Every Person There Is A Name - Remembering the 6 Million Jewish Victims of the Holocaust" is set for May 3.

Galloway, NJ -The Sara and Sam Schoffer Holocaust Resource Center at Stockton University invites the public to the Yom HaShoah Service for 2016: “Unto Every Person There Is A Name - Remembering the 6 Million Jewish Victims of the Holocaust,” the University said on Tuesday.

Northfield resident Inge Lewkowitz Fixler will give the keynote address. She will share her story of survival as a child during the Holocaust. She was born in a small town in Germany near Dusseldorf.

The free, community-wide commemoration will be held at Beth Judah Congregation, 700 North Swarthmore Avenue in Ventnor on Tuesday, May 3, 7 p.m.

The program will highlight local Holocaust survivors and will include a memorial service. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
