LPGA Tour Event In Galloway: Expect Traffic Delays 6/3-9

GALLOWAY, NJ – The Shoprite LPGA Classic takes place next week in Galloway. Expect traffic delays June 3-9, police announced.

Police said to expect increased traffic and pedestrian volume in and around the Seaview section of Galloway, especially New York Road (Route 9) and Jimmie Leads Road.

Plan accordingly and use caution in those areas.

The Shoprite LPGA Classic has taken place from 1986 through 2006 and then since 2010. Annie Park won last year's tournament at 16-under par. On average, 96 players of the top 100 LPGA earners attend the event.

The tournament runs from June 7-9 at the Stockton Seaview Hotel and Golf Club.
