Man Sentenced For 5 Separate Atlantic County Incidents: Prosecutor
Elijah Green, 21, will serve all of his sentences cocurrently, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said.

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, NJ — An Egg Harbor Township man was sentenced to New Jersey State Prison Thursday for five separate incidents that occurred between 2020 and 2022, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said.
All of the sentences for Elijah Green, 21, will run cocurrently, the Prosecutor's Office said.
For second-degree conspiracy to commit robbery, Green was sentenced to three years, which he must serve 85 percent before he is eligible for parole, the Prosecutor's Office said. Investigation found that Green and "multiple other individuals" set up the victim to meet at the park where he thought he would sell Green and others a gaming computer, officials said.
"Once the victim arrived at the meeting spot, Green and the others took his gaming computer without providing pay in exchange at which time a firearm was brandished, a fist fight occurred and Green et al., fled off in a vehicle," the Prosecutor's Office said.

Green was also sentenced for third-degree burglary for four years, officials said. On Oct. 15, 2020, Green entered "multiple" vehicles and removed various items from them, the Prosecutor's Office said.
Additionally, Green was sentenced to 18 months for fourth-degree criminal mischief, after a March 20, 2021 incident where Green destroyed property causing about $2,000 in damage, officials said.
A Feb. 24, 2022 incident lead to a four-year sentence for third-degree burglary, officials said. Green broke into a garage, stole a quad and fled from police, the Prosecutor's Office said. When Green was arrested, police found that he possessed more stolen property, officials said.
Finally, Green was sentenced for third-degree possession of a sawed-off shotgun to five years, officials said. Police arrived to Green's home on April 23, 2022 for the report of an altercation, officials said. A sawed-off shotgun was discovered where Green slept, the Prosecutor's Office said. He was also found to have a buck shot shotgun, and admitted it belonged to him, officials said.
