Statewide Manhunt After N.J. Man Critically Hurt In Hit-And-Run Crash Near Parkway

A N.J. hit-and-run car left a man in critical condition on Friday near the Garden State Parkway, police said, and a statewide manhunt is underway.
The New Jersey State Police and Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office are seeking the public's assistance with identifying the driver after the Friday accident in Port Republic, Atlantic County.
At approxmately 1:34 p.m., Glen Bott, 59, of Galloway Township was riding a road bike westbound on East Moss Mill Road towards Wrangleboro Road when he was struck by a car traveling in the same direction, police said.

The suspect car is believed to be a white Nissan Altima between, possibly 2013 though 2015. Detectives believe the car may have damage to the front passenger side fog light.

Bott sustained serious injuries and is listed in critical condition.
