Medical Evacuation Needed in Route 30 Accident
Three people were injured in the accident.
A two car accident on Route 30 near S. Pomona Rd. on Friday evening in Galloway resulted in three injuries, according to a press release from the .
The police identified Richard Hedenberg, 38, of Galloway, Alexandra Breiner, 18, of Manahawkin, and Brandon Pipitone, 19, of Marlton as being involved in the accident, and all three reported injuries.
Pipitone was flown to due to internal injuries and Breiner was transported to Atlanticare due to chest pain, according to the report. Hedenberg refused treatment, the release said.

The Stockton College Police Department, Galloway Township Ambulance Squad, and Pomona Fire Company responded to the accident, and, according to the report, the road was closed for 45 minutes.
At approximately 6:30 p.m., another accident occured on Route 30 near Genoa Avenue. Police could be seen at that time directing traffic as the accident was cleared.
