Michael Wamsher Memorial Tournament This Weekend
The inaugural tournament will be held this weekend at Gabriel Field.
The first Mike Wamsher Memorial Softball Tournament takes place Saturday, July 30, at on Duerer Street and Zurich Avenue.
The event is being held in honor of Atlantic City Police Officer Michael Wamsher, who was killed in an off-duty accident in January. Funds raised will be donated to the Olivia Herbert and Adria Lynne McMeekin Educational Trust Fund.
Team entry fee is $100, and registration begins at 9 a.m.
