Mixed Use Redevelopment Project Plan Goes Before Galloway Council May 12

The project satisfies both senior and affordable housing issues.

Galloway Council will give final consideration to a proposal for a 100-unit complex that addresses both senior and affordable housing issues at its next meeting, the Galloway Current reports.

The units would go in on the southwest side of the intersection of Route 30 and Pomona Road, according to the report.

It goes before council for authorization of the redevelopment plan. If approved, it will go before the Planning Board to get site plan approval, according to the report.
