Motorcyclist Dies In Head-On South Jersey Crash: Police

WEYMOUTH, NJ — A Galloway motorcyclist died in a head-on collision with a pickup truck on a busy South Jersey highway Monday evening, New Jersey State Police said.

Roland Marsh, 49, was heading south on Route 50 when a Chevrolet pickup heading north turned left into the parking lot of Belco Liquors in Weymouth Township, Tpr. II Christopher Postorino told Patch.

The motorcycle and the pickup collided head-on, Postorino said.

Marsh was thrown from the motorcycle, sustaining fatal injuries, Postorino said.

No other injuries were reported.

The crash remains under investigation. No further information was immediately available.
