Pedestrian Killed By Pickup Truck While Crossing South Jersey Road
The 78-year-old woman was hit by a Ford F-150 while walking across Tilton Road in Egg Harbor Township, police said.
EGG HARBOR TWP., NJ — A 78-year-old woman was struck and killed by a pickup truck while crossing the road in Egg Harbor Township, police said.
The crash happened just before 6 p.m. on Monday, according to Egg Harbor Township police.
A 2015 Ford F-150 driven by a 55-year-old Hammonton man was heading north on Tilton Road when he hit a pedestrian walking across the road in the area of Goldenrod Lane, police said.

The pedestrian, 78-year-old Sharon Parker from Egg Harbor Township, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Investigation into the crash is ongoing. No charges have been filed against the driver as of Monday night.
