School Bus Carrying 33 Students Involved In 4-Vehicle Crash In Galloway Township
No one on the bus was injured in the accident that took place Monday afternoon.

Galloway Township, NJ -- A school bus carrying 33 students from Cedar Creek Regional High School was involved in a four-vehicle crash in Galloway Township Monday afternoon.
No one on the bus was injured in the crash, which took place at Jimmie Leeds Road and Chris Gaupp Drive in the Pomona section of the township at about 2:53 p.m., Galloway Township Police said.
The accident began when a Dodge Ram being driven by a 17-year-old east on Jimmie Leeds Road rear ended a Honda Accord that was stopped in traffic.

The Accord, driven by Kristina Southavong, was pushed into the rear of an Integrity School Bus driven by Alonzo Tennant, also stopped in traffic.
Southavong was transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center Mainland Division for a minor injury.
The Galloway Township Ambulance Squad and DP towing also responded to the scene.

The 17-year-old driver was ticketed for driving too close.
The eastbound lane was shut down for approximately 40 minutes while the scene was cleared and investigated.
Police thanked the Integrity driver for his professionalism and calm demeanor, as well as students, and responding parents for the organized and safe response to a very chaotic and busy scene.
