Somers Point Native Recalls Working With Robin Williams
Joel Fogel worked with Robin Williams on the set of Dead Poets Society.

A Somers Point native called working with Robin Williams “intimidating, awe-inspiring and really frightening,” in an interview with the Philadelphia Daily News.
Joel S. Fogel worked on the set of “Dead Poets Society,” when it filmed on location in Delaware, according to a philly.com interview posted two days after Williams reportedly hanged himself.
Fogel, a day player on the set who played the role of a professor, was amazed by the way Williams could switch into character so quickly. He also said Williams kept you laughing so hard, you could never get down to asking him any serious questions, according to the report.
