South Jersey Woman Killed, Sideswipes Car, Hits Trees On Highway
The woman sideswiped a van, police said.

A 55-year-old South Jersey woman has died after she sideswiped a van in a two-vehicle crash this week, authorities said.
The Dorothy woman was driving a Toyota Camry west on Route 40, at milepost 49.6 in the Mays Landing area on Monday when she struck an eastbound van, police said.
The Camry had crossed over the centerline at 12:15 p.m. and sideswiped the eastbound Ford van driven by Emma Fellers, age 22, of Egg Harbor Township, police said.

The Camry continued for approximately one half-mile on Route 40. The vehicle then left the road on the westbound side where it struck several trees at milepost 49.1, police said. Multiple airbags deployed in the vehicle and the driver was partially entrapped. She was not wearing her seatbelt.
The unidentified woman was transported to AtlanticCare Regional Medical Center's Mainland Division in Galloway Township where she was pronounced dead, police said. Fellers was not hurt.
