Stockton Names Interim Associate Counsel
The University announced Brian Kowalski's appointment on Thursday.

A Moorestown man has been named the interim associate general counsel at Stockton University.
The University announced the appointment of Brian Kowalski Thursday morning.
Kowalski, a former partner in Saul Ewing, LLP in Princeton, has extensive experience in business law, finance, education, government relations, regulatory compliance, public private partnerships, corporate governance and regulatory matters.

He has advised clients in higher education on various transactions, including Kean University, Rider University, Villanova University, St. Joseph’s University, Gettysburg College, Swarthmore College, Haverford College and Bryn Mawr College.
He earned a master’s degree in International Business Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He also earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, and has a degree from the University of New Hampshire’s School of Law.

He previously was a partner in the business department of Capehart and Scatchard in Mount Laurel, and serves on the board of trustees of the Doane Academy in Burlington, and the Katz Dalsey Academy Charter School in Camden.
