Teen Charged In Fatal Stabbing Of 16-Year-Old In Jersey Shore Home
A teen was charged with murder after police found another juvenile suffering from at least one stab wound inside the apartment.
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ - A 16-year-old has been charged in the stabbing death of another teen inside an apartment in Atlantic City on Wednesday, authorities said.
The boy, identified as T.C. of Atlantic City, was charged with first-degree murder, third-degree unlawful possession of a weapon (knife) and third-degree possession of a weapon (knife) for an unlawful purpose, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.
The charges stem from a 10:40 p.m. call on Wednesday made to Atlantic City police, who were dispatched to the 1300 block of Caspian Avenue in reference to a juvenile with a stab wound.

A 16-year-old boy from Atlantic City was located in an apartment with what appeared to be at least one stab wound to the chest area, the prosecutor's office said.
The teen victim was transported to the AtlantiCare Medical Center in Atlantic City where he died of his injuries.

T.C. is currently lodged at a juvenile detention center in New Jersey. This incident is being investigated by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office’s Major Crimes Unit and the Atlantic City Police Department Violent Crimes Unit.
