Tilton Fitness Appoints New Personal Training Director
There's also a new member of the personal training staff.
in Galloway recently announced the appointment of a new Personal Training Director and a new member of the Personal Training Staff.
New Personal Training Director Ann Erik will be responsible for the development, direction and oversight of the personal training department at the Galloway club, the fitness club announced. She will also continue to serve as the club’s Group Exercise Director, according to Tilton Fitness.
Erik, a graduate and Galloway resident, has worked at the club for 10 years, Tilton Fitness said. She holds numerous fitness and training certifications, including ACE Personal Trainer, according to the club.

Nicole Bell joined the Personal Training Staff. Bell, a West Chester University graduate, is a certified personal trainer with an expertise in diet and nutrition, according to the club.
Bell says her goal as a personal trainer is to help motivate and coach people to reach their weight loss goals via proper nutrition and exercise.

“We are very pleased to announce Ann’s promotion and to have Nicole join our team of personal trainers,” Tilton Fitness Vice President and General Manager Julie Dods said in a release. “They will both play key roles in helping our members achieve success and get the most out of their memberships.”
