Where To See Santa In Galloway This Christmas Season

GALLOWAY, NJ — Visits and pictures with Santa are treasured traditions for many Galloway families. For them, there’s nothing quite like seeing jolly old St. Nick live and in person.

In Galloway, kids have several chances:

• Meet Santa at Galloway's annual Christmas Tree Lighting on Dec. 1 at 6 p.m.
• Every weekend until Christmas, there are several events at Historic Smithville. You can also get breakfast with Santa at Fred and Ethel's Lantern Light on Dec. 9 and 16. Find details here.
• Visit Santa at Egg Harbor City's Forever Forest through Dec. 23.
• Make a reservation to meet Santa at Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing through Dec. 24.

Santa arrived Nov. 5 at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s Santa’s Wonderland and will hold court through Christmas Eve. Reservations are encouraged.

Santa will also be at Macy’s stores in New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, Philadelphia and Orlando. In Philadelphia, Santa will be at Macy's Center City through Dec. 24. Reservations are required, find more for Philadelphia here.

JC Penney stores, including at the Deptford Mall, are offering professional portraits with Santa through Dec. 18.
