White Horse Pike Reopens After Crash: Police

Route 30 was shut down in both directions, according to police.

GALLOWAY, NJ — Route 30 reopened following a morning crash, police announced at 11:56 a.m. Monday. The White Horse Pike closed in both directions after an accident, according to Atlantic City police.

The accident, which occurred around the drawbridge near Clayton's Self-Storage, knocked over a utility pole and downed wires, according to The Press of Atlantic City.

No more information on the accident was immediately available. The wires weren't part of Atlantic City Electric's electrical infrastructure, so the accident didn't cause any power outages, an ACE spokesperson told The Press.
