Woman Arrested With Over a Pound of Marijuana in Galloway: Police
Donita Ford was arrested following a traffic stop Thursday afternoon.

Galloway, NJ -- An Atlantic City woman was arrested after police discovered over a pound of marijuana in her car following a traffic stop in Galloway on Thursday.
Donita Ford, 36, was charged with possession of over 50 grams of marijuana, possession with the intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
She was stopped for an equipment violation on the blue Ford Explorer she was driving on the White Horse Pike around 12:41 p.m. on March 17, Galloway Police said Thursday evening.

During the stop, the officer allegedly smelled an overwhelming odor of marijuana.
A search of the vehicle allegedly revealed over a pound of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Ford posted $25,000 bail and was released pending court.
