Skeletons, cannons, and a spooky tractor setup are all part of the free roadside Halloween attraction grabbing attention from passing motorists.
   

• Rec House Dispensary Clementon Heads to Planning. Second for October Meeting (42freeway.com) — A proposed Rec House cannabis dispensary in nearby Clementon is set for review at the borough’s Joint Land Use Board meeting on October 8, just off Gibbsboro Road along the White Horse Pike. The family-owned business would reuse a shopping center unit across from Ollie’s, and it’s one of two dispensary proposals expected to be considered that evening.
