$1 Million Lottery Ticket Sold in South Jersey

A $1 million Mega Millions ticket was sold at the 7-Eleven at 1215 Blackwood-Clementon Road in Clementon for the Friday, May 13 drawing, New Jersey Lottery officials said on Monday.

The ticket matched all five white balls in the drawing: 20, 21, 38, 54 and 66. The Gold Mega Ball was 07, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 04.

If that ticket had been purchased with the Megaplier option, it would have been worth $4 million.

Additionally, were three third-tier prizewinning tickets sold that matched the four white balls and the Gold Mega Ball winning $5,000 each.

If those tickets had been purchased with the Megaplier option they would have been worth $20,000. The other winning tickets were sold in Wallington, Trenton and Somerville.

Moreover, 31 other players purchased tickets that matched the four white balls winning a $500 prize. Two of those tickets were purchased with the Megaplier option, multiplying them by four to $2,000 each.

Furthermore, 115,537 other New Jersey players took home $209,586 in prizes ranging from $1 to $200.

“Congratulations to the lottery winners and to the retailers that sold the winning tickets,” New Jersey Lottery Executive Director Carole Hedinger said. “For selling the winning tickets, the retailers have become many more Lottery ‘lucky locations’ overnight.” 

The Mega Millions jackpot rolls to $174,000,000 for the next drawing, which will be held on Tuesday, May 17 at 11 p.m.
