Three ringleaders and 13 others were arrested in drug ring that sold high-dosage oxycodone pills in South Jersey. Two others are at large.
SOUTH JERSEY — Federal authorities have dismantled two drug rings that sold high-dosage oxycodone pills in South Jersey, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced on Tuesday. Sixteen people were arrested and two others remain at large.
Alfred Kee, aka “Malik,” aka “Curly,” 51 of Blackwood; Erick Bell, aka “E” 49 of Camden; and Rocco DePoder, aka “Rock,” 67 of Gloucester City, have been charged as the leaders of two separate rings that trafficked 60- and 80-mg oxycodone pills, among other drugs, according to documents filed in the case and statements made in court.
Kee and Bell are the accused leaders of an operation out of Camden, and DePoder has been charged with leading the operation out of Gloucester City.

DePoder obtained oxycodone, Adderall and Xanax, while Bell and Kee obtained oxycodone from their suppliers, according to authorities. They would purchase the drugs in their homes and locations in Lindenwold and Woodbury, according to authorities.
Bell and DePoder would take orders for pills over the telephone from others, and all three provided drugs to the rest of the people in the network, authorities said. They used coded language and multiple phones to hide their activities, authorities said.
