2 People Struck, Hospitalized In Camden Co. Crash: Police
One of the pedestrians is in critical condition as of early Friday afternoon.
GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ — Two pedestrians were hospitalized after a vehicle struck them on the highway Wednesday in Gloucester City, police said.
The pedestrians — a man and woman who are both 51 — were struck at 6:25 p.m. Wednesday on Route 130 North an Market Street, police said.
Officers administered first aid until EMTs arrived and took them to the hospital. The woman is in critical-but-stable condition, while the man is in stable condition as of early Friday afternoon.

The driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with the ongoing investigation, police said. No charges have been filed as noon Friday.
Gloucester City police are investigating the incident with help from the Camden County Prosecutor's Office's Crash Response Investigation Team.
