“It is with great sadness that we announce nine additional deaths caused by COVID-19 today. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of those impacted by this virus and their families, and we are wishing a fast and full recovery to everyone who has tested positive,” Camden County Freeholder Director Louis Cappelli, Jr. said. “We are continuing to see improvements in our overall growth rate, and the county’s doubling rate has stayed above 30 days for several weeks. These encouraging developments are due entirely to the hard work and dedication of our residents. If we continue to social distance, wear a mask, and avoid crowded spaces, we will continue to see the number of new cases in Camden County decrease.”
