GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — A 26-year-old man who coached multiple sports at Timber Creek High School was arrested after a relationship turned sexual with an underage student, the Camden County Prosecutor's Office said.

On Tuesday, the Gloucester Township Police Department told the Prosecutor's Office that a girl at Timber Creek reported her relationship with Deanley.

The acts occurred between June and August, according to authorities.

Employed as an aide at the high school, Deanley also was the head coach of boys' and girls' winter track, an assistant coach for football, and an assistant coach for girls' spring track.

The Black Horse Pike Regional School District confirmed that Deanley was "immediately removed from all duties involving students and barred from all District property" after they were made aware of the charges.

He was arrested on Wednesday in Gloucester Township and taken to the Camden County Correctional Facility to await a detention hearing.

The student is the only victim that has been identified, officials added.

Anyone with information regarding this case is asked to contact the Prosecutor's Office at (856) 225-8479 and the Gloucester Township Police Department at (856) 228-4500 (ext. 3215).
