Authorities Bust Drug Operation Near School In South Jersey: Police

"Significant" amounts of drugs were recovered.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — A home near Timber Creek Regional High School was raided for illegal drugs on Tuesday, the Gloucester Township Police Department said.

Darnell A. Robinson, 43, was arrested and charged with:

  • Distribution of a controlled dangerous substance
  • Distribution of a controlled dangerous substance within 1,000 feet of a school zone
  • Possession of a controlled dangerous substance
  • Possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia

During the early morning on Tuesday, officers with Gloucester Township and Winslow Township carried out a search warrant on a home in the 400 block of Ray Smith Road.

"Significant quantities of various narcotics" were recovered.

Robinson was taken to the Camden County Jail pending a future court appearance.
