Bellmawr Woman Struck By Car, Killed in Brooklawn
The pedestrian was walking along Kings Highway in Brooklawn when the accident occurred.
BROOKLAWN, NJ — A Bellmawr woman died on Saturday night after being struck by a car as she walked home from the Brooklawn Shopping Center, a spokesperson for the Camden County Prosecutor's Office told Patch.
The woman was identified as Quetzy Rentas-Irizarry, 44, of Bellmawr, by a person who had set up a GoFundMe account for the victim's family.
The Brooklawn Police Department did not immediately return Patch's requests for comment.

The incident occurred on Kings Highway near the intersection with West Browning Road, the spokesperson said. The motorist involved in the incident remained at the scene after the crash, the spokesperson added.
