Berlin-Cross Keys Rd. To Close For 1 Month For Widening Project
The $6.9 million project will add lanes to a stretch of the roadway in Gloucester Township, Winslow Township and Pine Hill.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — A lengthy portion of Berlin-Cross Keys Road will close for nearly a month as the road-widening project continues.
From Nov. 27 to Dec. 21, the roadway will be closed between the Camden County Technical School's Gloucester Township campus (343 Berlin-Cross Keys Rd.) and Turnersville Road, according to Camden County officials.
Detours will be available on Kearsley and Turnersville roads in both directions.

The project, which began in September 2022, will widen a 1.25-mile stretch of the roadway to two lanes in either direction, with a center turning lane. The impacted portion of Berlin-Cross Keys Road runs through Gloucester Township, Winslow Township and Pine Hill.
"This is a major investment into improving our county's infrastructure," County Commissioner Al Dyer said in a statement. "By widening this road, we can allow for easier, more efficient travel for our motorists."
