While a battle between Black Horse Pike Regional School District teams is intriguing as a potential championship game on Dec. 2, it seems more likely that Timber Creek will meet up with undefeated Lenape (8-0). They are the only two unbeaten teams in the field after Cherry Hill West (7-1) fell to still unbeaten Camden Catholic (8-0), 30-7, on Friday night.
Timber Creek’s opponent, Absegami, is 6-2 so far this season.
Highland is 7-1, and looks to avenge a 28-8 loss to Cherry Hill West from earlier this season. Since then, Highland has won six in a row.
