Blackwood Christmas Parade Set For Saturday Night

Gloucester Township Police announced detours related to the road closures this week.

Gloucester Township, NJ -- The 28th annual Blackwood Christmas Parade is set for Saturday, Dec. 3, 6 p.m.-8 p.m. along the Black Horse Pike in Downtown Blackwood.

The parade begins at Church Street and ends at the Gloucester Premium Outlets at Zimmerman Drive.
During the parade times, the Black Horse Pike will be closed to all traffic between Church Street and Zimmerman Drive, Gloucester Township Police said.

The marked detour route for northbound traffic is College Drive to Peter Cheeseman Road to Erial Road to Blackwood-Clementon Road to the Black Horse Pike.

Southbound traffic is Erial-Blenheim Road to Blackwood-Clementon Road Rd to Erial Road to Little Gloucester Road to College Drive to the Black Horse Pike.

Officers will be on location at both closures points. To avoid delays, drivers should seek an alternate route.
