Camden Co. Toddler In Critical Condition After Getting Hit By Vehicle
The driver stayed at the scene and has been cooperating with investigators.
EVESHAM, NJ — A Camden County toddler was hit by a vehicle and critically injured Tuesday afternoon in Burlington County, officials said.
It happened at about 12:30 p.m. on Route 73 by Holtec Drive in Evesham. A driver was traveling south on Route 73 when he struck a 3-year-old boy from Lindenwold, police said.
Officials aided the victim at the scene before he was brought to Cooper University Hospital in Camden. He was in critical condition as of Tuesday afternoon.

The driver stayed at the scene and has cooperated with authorities, police said. The investigation is ongoing, and no charges have been announced as of Wednesday morning.
