Child Pornography Possession Charge Filed Against Camden Co. Man
The man, 22-year-old Mateo Diaz, was released pending his initial court hearing, law enforcement officials said.
GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — A 22-year-old Gloucester Township man was arrested on a charge of child pornography possession, according to law enforcement officials.
Mateo Diaz of Greens Way in the township's Blackwood section, was released pending his initial court hearing, the Gloucester Township Police Department said.
Acting on a tip, an investigation into Diaz began in March and culminated in a search warrant being executed on Tuesday, according to the Gloucester Township Police Department.

An electronic device was seized during the search and will be "analyzed for additional evidence," the Gloucester Township Police Department said.
Diaz was released pending his initial court hearing, according to the Gloucester Township Police Department.

Representatives within the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Camden County Prosecutor's Office and Gloucester Township Police Department assisted in the investigation that led to Diaz's arrest, the Gloucester Township Police Department said.
