Crash Hospitalizes 2, Severely Damages Vehicles In Gloucester Twp.: PD

The collision, which closed Sicklerville Road for several hours, remains under investigation.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — A crash that put two people in the hospital is under investigation in Gloucester Township, police said.

Officers responded to the two-vehicle collision at about 9 p.m. Wednesday on Sicklerville Road, near King Road. They found two severely damaged vehicles in the roadway.

Both drivers were taken to the hospital with potentially serious injuries, police said. Police are withholding their identities, pending further investigation and notifications.

Sicklerville Road was closed between Garwood Road and Jarvis Road for several hours after the collision. The Serious Crash Investigation Team of the Gloucester Township Police Department is leading the investigation.
