- Crime is getting out of hand in Camden County and S. Jersey, yesterday another store a block away was robbed at 12:00 Noon! Its time for us to go. If the Housing market can go up to where we can break even, we would be ok with that Our home was appraised at 190,000.00, we are lucky if we get 120,000.00, Nobody is getting what they got appraised for! The appraiser did not even come in! They just made up that figure, I guess it sounded good to the Townships Appraisers'. Just can"t wait to go,but have to pay an exit tax too! What a Disgrace for the Home Owners. We got the Short end of that deal.
