He was pulled over for an equipment violation. Police say they found multiple weapons in plain sight.

BERLIN, NJ — A driver was pulled over last week in Camden County for an equipment violation. Police say they found a loaded crossbow, multiple guns and methamphetamine in his vehicle.

Robert K. Stippick Jr.'s vehicle was stopped at 8:45 a.m. Friday in the Royal Farms parking lot in Berlin. After he became "confrontational" with police, he was asked to step out of the car, officials said.

Once Stippick got out, police say they found a loaded crossbow near the front passenger's seat that was cocked and ready to fire. Officers then saw a shotgun on the back seat.
