Daisy The Dog Gets Rescued From A Predicament In Franklinville
The video of the rescue might make you wince, but it has a very happy ending.

FRANKLINVILLE, NJ — A "four-legged community member" named Daisy has the Franklinville Volunteer Fire Company to thank for getting her out of a predicament Thursday, according to officials.
"Daisy found herself stuck in the rim of a tire at home, and initial efforts to free her with soap and water were unsuccessful," the department said.

A 7-minute video shared by the company shows a group of responders surrounding Daisy, shielding her from flying sparks with a tarp as one of the men uses his personal plasma cutters to cut the rim.

"There ya go!" one of the men yells once Daisy is freed. "That's a first!"

The video ends with Daisy getting some pets and scratches before one responder picks her up and carries her to a fire truck. She was not injured and is still doing well, officials said.
