Driver With 'Will RUN' License Plate Tries To Flee From Gloucester Twp. Cops: Police
He could run, but he couldn't hide. Police apprehended the man after he sped away and resisted arrest, officials said.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — He could run, but he couldn't hide. A driver with a back plate reading "Will RUN" sped away Wednesday from Gloucester Township police before his eventual capture, the law-enforcement agency said.
At about 7:30 p.m., officers observed a "distinctive" red Dodge Charger speeding through the area of Station Avenue, Glendora, authorities said. Police tried to direct the driver — later identified as Tavon Miles, of Clementon — into a parking lot, but Miles sped away onto Price Avenue, according to officials.
Police say they didn't pursue him because of the danger to the public at that time of night. But one officer recognized that the vehicle was often at an apartment complex in Blenheim.

Following a search of the area, the officer found Miles laying under the car while doing work on the vehicle, police said. The officer informed the man he was under arrest.
Miles resisted before police took him into custody without injuries or further incident, officials said. He was charged with third-degree eluding and resisting arrest — a disorderly persons offense.
