Final Week To Make An Appointment For Integrated Preschool Training In Gloucester Township

Screening takes place in April.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — This is the last week for Gloucester Township parents to make an appointment to have their 3- or 4-year-old child screened to participate in integrated preschool programs through the K-8 school district next month. Screenings will run April 3-27.

Participants must be potty-trained Gloucester Township residents who will be three years old on or before June 30.

Screening dates are April 3, 13, 24 and 27, 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. at C.W. Lewis Middle School, 875 Erial-Blackwood Road.

Parents can call anytime through March 24 to make an appointment. There are no walk-in or makeup sessions. Only one parent/guardian can accompany a child. To make an appointment, call 856-227-1400, ext. 3104.

The program runs five days a week, on a half-day schedule. Students will be selected through a lottery system to fill all available slots. Parents provide transportation, and children need to be screened every year.
