Fire Leaves Resident Homeless In Gloucester Township, Officials Say
The building could be seen charred on at least one side.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — A resident was left homeless after a fire on Wednesday in the Clementona neighborhood, the Gloucester Township Police Department said.
At around 5 p.m., officers responded to a home along Belleview Avenue for a report of a house fire with possible entrapment.
Smoke and fire were seen leaving the side of the building.

The resident was able to be safely removed from the home.
No injuries were reported.

The American Red Cross is also assisting.
The Department reminded the community to check fire alert and suppression systems to make sure they operate.
