In February, a Sicklerville resident reported that an unknown subject got into her home, and tried to force her into her bedroom with him. The man grabbed her by the upper body after watching her unload groceries, a report said. The resident called police, and the suspect fled before officers arrived, Winslow Township police said.

In May, that resident reported seeing the same suspect outside her window again. The suspect left the area before police arrived.

And in August, police say, the same suspect was peering into "numerous residences" around Sicklerville. This is when police arrested McEaddy and connected him with previous instances, township police said.
