GirlForce Initiative: It's off the couch and into the dance studio for free Jazzercise classes

Many of you know about Jazzercise. Some of you probably go to the classes. It's a great way to burn calories, keep in shape, and have fun. But . . . did you know we have a great program for 16-21 year olds? It's official name is Girl Force. In our area, Jazzercise calls it Youth Force, because we encourage both girls and guys to come out and get in shape.

So what is Youth Force?

It's a program for young people age 16-21 to enjoy Jazzercise classes for free until the end of 2017. Yes, you read that right.

Free.

Any eligible young adult can show up at any class and sign a release card. If under age 18, his/her parent must go and sign the release in order for their child to participate in classes.
