Gloucester Premium Outlets Announce Management Team

The Gloucester Premium Outlets announced the following management team Thursday morning:

• Kristen Murdica will serve as the property’s General Manager. Murdica will oversee and supervise operations, marketing, and leasing activities at Gloucester Premium Outlets. She has more than 10 years of property management experience, including her previous role as the General Manager of Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets in Connecticut. She holds an MBA from The University of Hartford.
• Shannon Palzer will serve as the property’s Director of Marketing and Business Development. Palzer will be responsible for marketing and selling assets of the center to consumers, advertisers, marketing companies and the surrounding business community. Most recently, she served as the food and beverage manager at Stockton Seaview Resort in Galloway, providing customer service, leadership and event management support. She holds a BS in Business Hospitality and Tourism from Stockton University.
• Joshua MacDonald will serve as the property’s Operations Director. MacDonald will lead efforts pertaining to all operational functions, projects, construction and contracted services for the outlets. Previously, he served as general manager for Firland Management Group in Stockholm, New Jersey, where he managed plant operations of Skylands Ice World including vendor contract negotiations, capital plan management and execution, and annual budget management. He holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering as well as a BS in Public Administration.

Stores announced for the outlets so far include Adidas, Armani Outlet, Banana Republic Factory Store, Brooks Brothers Factory Store, Calvin Klein, Cole Haan, Columbia Sportswear, Gap Factory Store, Lucky Brand, Puma, Tommy Hilfiger, Under Armour, A/X Armani Exchange, Aldo, Bebe, Carter’s, Express Factory Outlet, Guess Factory Store, Hanesbrands, Kay Jewelers Outlet, Levi’s Outlet Store, Lindt Chocolate, Nautica, OshKosh B’Gosh, Seiko Company Store, Steve Madden, Zales Outlet, Asics, Clarks Outlet, Eddie Bauer Outlet, Francesca’s, G.H. Bass & Co., Gymboree Outlet, J.Crew, Kenneth Cole, Lane Bryant Outlet, Mountain Warehouse, Nike Factory Store, Sperry Top-Sider, Sunglass Hut, The Limited Outlet and Vera Bradley.

Additional center amenities will include a Market Hall with multiple dining options, an outdoor lounge area, lush landscaping and significant green space to host community events such as musical performances, charity events and children’s activities.

The outlets open on Aug. 13 at the intersection of Robert Kelly Drive and Premium Outlets Drive in the Blackwood section of the township.
