Gloucester Premium Outlets Names New General Manager

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — The Gloucester Premium Outlets have a new general manager, outlet owner Simon announced. As the new general manager, Samantha Bowman is responsible for daily operations at the center, including maintenance, expense management and the short-term leasing program.

Her work at Gloucester Premium Outlets will center around retailer and community relations, and she will also oversee the center’s marketing and security programs.

“We’re delighted to welcome Samantha and look forward to the strong leadership she will bring to Gloucester Premium Outlets,” Simon Regional Vice President Chris Speca said. “Her broad depth of experience across the real estate, attractions and tourism sectors makes her the perfect addition to our team. We look forward to what we will accomplish together.”

Bowman has more than eight years of real estate and management experience. Most recently, she worked as the operations manager for Liberty Property Trust. A graduate of Florida State University, Bowman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communications with an emphasis in hospitality management.
