Gloucester Township Council to Discuss Villages of Gloucester Township Redevelopment Plan

A second reading and public hearing on the Villages of Gloucester Township Redevelopment Plan will take place when Gloucester Township Council meets Monday night at the municipal complex, 7:30 p.m.

Council will also review the bids received for parking lot improvements at the Girard Avenue Baseball Fields.

Those bids, received on July 15, are as follows:

• Asphalt Paving Systems: $116,970.25 (10 percent bid bond);
• Krisanna Construction: $89,337.50 (10 percent bid bond);
• Sussman Enterprises: $119,950 (10 percent bid bond); and
• All Surface Asphalt Paving: $110,330 (10 percent bid bond).

Three liquor license renewals will also be considered and there are 17 items on the consent agenda.
