GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — A Route 42 crash is creating traffic delays Tuesday morning in Gloucester Township, according to the NJ Department of Transportation (NJDOT).The collision, reported at 9:45 a.m., occurred on the southbound side — north of Exit 10A to Route 168/Black Horse Pike — NJDOT said.As of 10:30 a.m., the right lane is closed on the three-lane southbound side. Expect delays of 5-10 minutes and use caution, officials said.
