Gloucester Township Fatal Shooting Under Investigation: Police
Gloucester Township police and the prosecutor's office are investigating a fatal shooting that took place on the Black Horse Pike Thursday.
GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Gloucester Township police and the Camden County Prosecutor's Office are investigating a fatal shooting that took place on the Black Horse Pike in the Blackwood section of the township Thursday evening.
Police were called to the area at about 5:51 p.m. for a report of a shooting. The victim was pronounced deceased a short time later, police said. No arrests have been made as of Thursday night.
Police don't believe this was a random shooting, and there is believed to be no danger to the public, police said. The shooting took place at a shopping center, Fox 29 reports.
