Gloucester Township Police Seek Driver Who Hit Traffic Light

A driver struck a traffic light in the area of Almonesson Road and the Black Horse Pike Sunday night, police said.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Gloucester Township police are asking for the public’s help to identify the driver in a hit-and-run crash that happened last weekend.

A black 2-door 2008-2014 Cadillac was caught on camera driving down Almonesson Road, crossing the Black Horse Pike and crashing into a traffic light between Coles Road and Blenheim-Erial Road at about 10:40 p.m. Sunday night, Gloucester Township police said Friday morning. After hitting the traffic light, the car backed up and fled down Coles Road, police said.
