Gloucester Township Woman Killed in Truck Accident

Lizzette Nazario was the passenger in a Chevrolet van that collided with a Dodge Ram Monday afternoon in Washington Township.

A 36-year-old Gloucester Township woman was killed in an accident involving two trucks in Washington Township Monday afternoon, authorities said.

Lizzette Nazario, of the Blackwood section of the township, was pronounced dead at the scene when a 2006 Chevrolet van she was a passenger in collided head-on with 2015 Dodge Ram pickup truck on Fries Mill Road near Hurffville-Cross Keys Road around 1:14 p.m.

The Dodge Ram was traveling north on Fries Mills Road when it crossed into the opposing lane, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office.

The van is owned by Elite Transportation, of Pennsauken. The Dodge is owned by VFI Fabricators, of Williamstown.

The drivers suffered non-life threatening injuries. They were transported to Kennedy University Hospital, Washington Township, for treatment.

Alfred Fabrico Jr., 47, of Williamstown, was driving the Dodge.

Wilson Siner III, 29, of Haddon Township, was driving the Chevrolet.

All three remained in their vehicles during the collision. Fries Mill Road was closed and traffic detoured for about four hours following the crash.

An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.

The Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office and the Washington Township Police Department are investigating the accident.
