In the insurance sector we are required to complete 24 hours of CE credits every two years or you can not renew your license. A portion of the credits that is required is Ethics. The insurance industry is ranked number 1 in workplace ethics. Are ethics and legality the same. In 48 states rebating is prohibited and it can lose your your license.But in Florida and California this practice is legal but is it Ethical? Its a fine line and interpretation becomes subjective.
