GT Board

Well I know some of you may ask why are parents organizing against this Board and Administration. It wasn't their first choice the Board and Administration, by it's own actions forced parents to this point. This Board and Administration's attitude towards parents who dare ask questions ranges from indifference, arrogance you dare question us or as we have seen one person brought up charges by a Board member.

When Mr. Seddon, was ready to retire the Board said they were going to do an extensive search for a new Superintendent and they wanted input from parents and employees they even spent taxpayer money to hire a consulting firm(Sound familiar) in the search and what was the outcome of this search John Bilodeau. Really? That's the best they could come up with, a man with no teaching experience. If this was such a good choice why the defection of so many Administrators from this district to other districts rather than work with Bilodeau? Hiring Acerba, as Instructional Supervisor. She now has more assistants than ever before and the Board has seen fit to hire a consulting firm(Oh no not again!) to help her with a new curriculum. Hey I have a novel approach for this Board on a way to save money, why not just hire qualified people and you won't need a consulting firm to do their job. Then there is Dr. Martin, Special Services Supervisor, she was recently asked a question at a Board meeting by a parent and refused to answer and if that wasn't enough she got up and left. 

The legacy of this Board is
*8 out 11 schools failing
*Creates jobs for political friends(Mercado)
*A Superintendent with no classroom experience
*A Board that ignore parents concerns and comment

This Board and Administration has done enough damage they need to go so the repairs can begin to once again make this district a leader of education in South Jersey.
