GTPD Sgt. Graduates From Prestigious Leadership Program
Sgt. Jason Fretz graduated from the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police Command and Leadership Program on Thursday.
Gloucester Township, NJ -- Gloucester Township Police Sgt. Jason Fretz is the latest graduate of the heralded New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police Command and Leadership Program.
Fretz graduated from the program on Thursday, according to Gloucester Township Police.
The 14-week program focuses on conflict management, critical thinking, communications, counseling, decision making, and leadership science.

It has been in existence since 1993, when members of NJSACOP collaborated with the U.S. Military Academy at West Point to develop future police leaders.
Candidates for the program are required to commit considerable time and energy to pass the course.

Fretz joins the Command Staff and several other Police Leaders of the Gloucester Township Police Department in completing this prestigious program.
He was joined at the graduation ceremony by Chief Harry Earle, Deputy Chief David Harkins, and his father, Retired Gloucester Township Police Sgt. William Fretz.
